Whenever the ability of another historic permanent
you control resolves, goad target nontoken creature
an opponent controls.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Ulysses gains all
abilities of up to one goaded creature an opponent
controls until your next upkeep. Whenever a goaded
creature an opponent controls dies, draw a card and
put a +1/+1 counter on Ulysses.
