Umbrella Lance

While holding this weapon, you can speak its command word as a reaction to being forced to make a Dexterity saving throw, causing its tip to expand outward shielding yourself and your allies from harm. Provided you are holding the umbrella, it grants half cover to yourself and any creature within 5 feet of you that obscures themselves behind the umbrella. While the weapon is an umbrella it cannot be used to make attacks until the start of your next turn, at which point it retracts back into a lance.
