Ocean's Deep- you can have up to 10 "Umi"'s in your deck

All blue creatures that enter gain 1 +1/+1 counter and a Dive counter(creatures with Dive counters can only be targeted by spells and abilities that are Blue)

All red creatures that enter gain 1 -1/-1 counter and a Stun counter (creatures with a stun counter don't un-tap during untap phase but instead remove 1 stun counter instead)
