Until next turn, mana abilities can't be activated, activated and triggered abilities of permanents are countered. Exile all permaments, then exile all
cards from players hands and graveyards. Each
player draw cards equal to their cards in exile.
For the rest of the game, at the beginning of each player upkeep, that player lose life equal to the
number of cards in hand.
