Choose a creature within 30 ft. Name a drive (emotion, need, passion) that creature could reasonably be acquainted with. That creature must immediately act strongly (and probably recklessly) upon that impulse, if it fails a Wisdom saving throw.
By stoking the inner flame of a creature, you can incite it to act - here and now.
