Unbridled Yearning

Will of the council — Starting with you, each
player votes for truth or lie. If truth gets more
votes, each player reveals the top card of their library, puts that card into their hand and loses
life equal to its mana value. If lie gets more votes
or tied, each player sacrifices a creature and mills
X cards, where X is that creature's power.
