Unceasing Flame

Enchant permanent
At the beginning of enchanted permanents controller's upkeep, destroy enchant permanent. If a permanent is destroyed this way, it's controller chooses target permanent
and returns Unceasing Flame from its
owners graveyard to the battlefield attached
to that permanent.
