Target creatures controller draws a card and
gains 2 life, then you gain control of that
creature.
Cipher (As this spell resolves you may exile
the card encoded onto a creature you control.
When that creature deals combat damage to a
player, it's controller may cast a copy of the
encoded card without paying it's mana cost.)
