All permanent you control are Sus in addition to their other types.
All permanents your opponents control can not be Sus.
Creatures your opponents control are 1/1 and lose all abilities.
The Imposters new legislation reads
1) We will unite with one goal
2) We will kill all the others
3) There will be no remorse
