Underminer of Existence

Trample
When Underminer of Existence deals damage to
a player, that player exiles X permanents they
control, where X is the damage dealt.
Whenever an annihilator ability activates, exile
the sacrificed permanents from the graveyard.

from exile into their owners graveyards:
