Vigilance, first strike, persist
Whenever Undyne the Determined attacks, tap
target creature an opponent controls.
When Undyne dies or is put into exile from the
battlefield, if she had any -1/-1 counters on her,
return her to the battlefield transformed under
her owner's control.
