Unending Ambition

When Unending Ambition enters, put a tax counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card and lose1 life for each tax counter on Unending Ambition.

If Unending Ambition leaves play for any reason, exile it, then return Unending Ambition to the battlefield under its owners control at the end of the turn and put a tax counter on Unending Ambition. Tax counters are not removed as this card changes zones.

The Tax Man always collects eventually.
