At the beginning of each upkeep that player sacrifices a creature put a +1/+1 counters on
Unending ooze equal to that creatures toughness.
{b/g}{b/g}{b/g}: Sacrifice a creature to add +1/+1 counters
on Unending ooze equal to that creatures toughness.
{3}{b/g}{b/g}{t}: Put a creature from a Graveyard into
play with power less than Unending Ooze power
