Unexpected visitor

Will of the council — Choose target spell. Starting
with you, each player votes for friendly or
unfriendly. If friendly gets more votes, gain
control of the spell. If that spell is an instant or sorcery, you may choose new targets for that
spell. If unfriendly gets more votes or the vote is
tied, return that spell to its owner's hand, then
that player reveals their hand and discards all
cards with that name from their hand.
