Unforgiving Elder

At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice a
creature with the lowest power among
creatures you control.
Whenever a creature you control dies, target
creature you control with greater power gets
+1/+1 until end of turn. If that creature is
an Elf, put a +1/+1 counter on it instead.
