Unfortunate Recollection

Each player discards a non-land card, then for each player, you choose a card in that player's graveyard other than the card discarded this turn and return it to that player's hand. Each opponent loses life equal to the combined converted mana cost of both the discarded card and the card returned to their hand this way.
