Unfulfilled Victim

As long as Unfulfilled Victim is on the
battlefield, each player can cast only one
spell per turn.
Each time a non-creature spell is cast,
put a misery counter on unfulfilled victim.
When there are three or more misery counters on Unfulfilled Victim, destroy
target creature.
