Unholy Pact

Whenever a player gains life, that player sacrifices a permanent unless he or she puts a 3/3 black and red demon spirit creature token with flying onto the battlefield under target opponent's control.
We thought the wine just wasn't aged properly, but we found out too late that it was laced with an unholy spell.
