player mills a card.
If a player mills a card, you may exile that card.
You may cast a card exiled this way for as long as
you control a Union of Madhros permanent, and
you may spend mana as though it were mana of
any type to cast that spell.
If you lose three permanents while a player
controls a Morgoth permanent, you lose the game.
