You may have Unique Impostor enter the battlefield under the control of an opponent of
your choice as a copy of a creature that player controls except it's legendary in addition to its
other types and has "Other creatures with the
same name as this creature are legendary."
This creature can't be chosen except as part of a
spell or ability.
