For each planeswalker you control, this costs
one less mana of all colors that planeswalker is.
Planeswalker spells you cast cost {w}{u}{b}{r}{g} less to cast.
This does not affect the colorless mana cost.
Whenever you cast a planeswalker spell, draw a card
and all planeswalkers you control gain a loyalty counter.
