Universal Sacrifice

This card enters the battlefield with X divine
counters on it.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, remove a
divine counter from Universal Sacrifice, then
that opponent sacrifices a creature, if they can't,
they discard two cards, if they can't, they put the
top ten cards of their library into their graveyard,
if they can't, they lose the game.
