Unix System (covert)

"It's a Unix system, I know this!" Lex knows her way around a computer system, so much so that she has given up on trying to earn cards and has decided to just steal them.
Using this card, and with a lucky roll of the dice, a player can potentially steal 1 card of their choosing from another player. But be careful, hacking can go both ways....
