If a player has a devotion to white greater than 4, they may draw an additional card and have no maximum hand size
If a player has a devotion to white less than 4, they can only draw at the end of their turn and have a reduced hand size of 6, they may tap a land and as long as it is tapped it increases their hand size to 7
