Unnatural Erosion

you control by replacing each instance of that spell
or permanent's name, or "it", followed by "deals"
with "destroy target artifact with mana value"
and each instance of "damage to any target" with
"or less."
When Unnatural Erosion enters the battlefield,
it deals 3 damage to any target.
