UNO

{x} is the number of cards in your hand.
If a player has only one card in their hand,
they must say UNO at the end of their turn.
If a player forgets to say UNO and is caught
by an opponent, that player loses 2 life and
that opponent may have any number of
target players draw 2 cards.
It is the name of the game.
