Unpredictable Outcome

Starting with you and moving clockwise, one at
a time, each player reveals cards from the top of
their library until an instant or sorcery is revealed
and casts that spell and resolves it. Spells cast
this way can be cast regardless of anything that
would prevent them, cannot be countered and
lose all additional cost required to cast them. If a
spell with {x} in its cost is cast, treat X as 3.
