Use this Stratagem in the Morale phase. Select
one TEMPESTOR PRIME or COMMISSAR
model from your army. Until the end of that
phase, when a Morale test is taken for a friendly
MILITARUM TEMPESTUS unit within 12" of
that model, do not roll the dice; it is automatically
passed.
