Unrestrained Rebuke

Unrestrained Rebuke does X damage to target creature or player. A creature dealt damage
this way is tapped and doesn't untap during it's owner's untap step. If red mana was used in
the casting cost of X, create a 2/2 Goat token creature named "Chosen Kid" that counts as both a white and a black creature.
