Unsettling Similarities

As Unsettling Similarities enters the battlefield,
choose an opponent at random.
For each amount of life the chosen player loses or gains, you lose or gain that much life.
When Unsettling Similarities becomes the target
of a spell or ability, exile it, and return it to the battlefield under the chosen player's control.
