Unsheathed Futility

When Unsheathed Futility enters the battlefield, players must remove and exile all card sleeves.
At the beginning of each of your upkeeps, you
may shuffle your deck of sleeves into each other
player's deck of sleeves and then draw 2 sleeves.
All sleeves gain flashback during your turn.
