Unstable Environment

You may search your library for a creature card
with converted mana cost X or less and put that
card onto the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, when
that creature enters the battlefield, you may have
it fight target creature you don't control.

The Hunter's Guild does its best to ensure that no
monsters in a given hunter's operating area are
unaccounted for. Their best isn't always good enough.
