Whenever you cast a non-creature spell put an
inferno counter on Unstable Inferno.
Whenever an enemy cast a non-creature spell
remove an inferno counter from Unstable
Inferno.
When Unstable Inferno reaches 10 counters
sacrifice it, then deal 10 damage to any target.
