Unstable X (When this spell is played, any player may pay X to counter it.)
This makes a spell cheaper. Unstable {1} might make a spell considerably cheaper. Not going to waste time thinking about it, as this one is basically a case by case basis.
Could be izzet colors too, I suppose. But I invision mono-red.
