Unstable Metamorphosis

•At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin for each permanent you control that can or has Transformed. If heads, return it to or keep it in its original form. If tails, Transform it, ignoring all requirements to do so, or keep it in its current form. If a card was Transformed into a creature this way, it is treated as if it just entered the field and is not afflicted with summoning sickness.
