Unstable Portal

When Unstable Portal enters the battlefield,
remove the top four cards of each player's
library from the game.
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose a
non-land card at random from among the cards
exiled with Unstable Portal. Until your next
turn, you may cast that card without paying its
mana cost.
