Unstable Tutor

All players search their library for a rare or mythic rare card then puts that card into exile face down. Turn one of those cards face up at random and shuffle the rest back into their owner's libraries. You may cast the face up card for as long as it remains exiled, and you
may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast that spell.
