At the beginning of your upkeep you may draw a card. If you draw a card each opponent may draw two cards. If an opponent chose to draw card you may draw X cards where X is the number of opponents who chose to draw cards.
Every time a creature you control deals damage to an opponent you may choose to draw a card. If you choose to draw a card target opponent draws a card.
