Rally - When Untrained Necromancer or another Ally enter the battlefield destroy X other creatures where X is the number of Allies you control, this effect is able to destroy other permanents you control, then if there are no other creatures on the battlefield then change the target of other creatures to other non-land permanents and if there are no other non land permanents on the battlefield change the target to permanents.
