When Unwanted & Touchstarved enters the battlefield, choose a creature. It gains "this creature
is unblockable, untouchable, and indestructible by
your opponent's spells or abilities."
At the start of your upkeep, add a neglect counter
to this card. If it has three or more, sacrifice it and
the chosen creature. Each opponent then loses life
equal to that creature's toughness.
