Unweave the World

Choose one or both:
Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
and/or, blight target artifact or enchantment.
(Destroy all permanents with blight
counters on them, then put a blight counter
on target creature.)
The world was built off of blight, and I would
see it returned to it's previous state.
