Each player sacrifices a creature. Then, put X +1/+1 counters on up to one target creature, where X is the greatest power amongst creatures sacrificed this way.
The Cult of the End preaches that all must be ready to give their lives to feed the perfect ones. Their victims require a little more persuasion before they share the sentiment.
