You may only play this card whenever a ability is activated.
roll a six sided die, if the displayed number
is 1 3 or 5 counter targeted activated ability, and
the controller of the targeted ability loses 3 life.
If the displayed number is 2 4 or 6,
the ability is carried out as normal.
