If it has become too late to play Magic: The Gathering, or one or more players cannot play any longer and the whole table agrees to stop playing, you can cast this spell from your library as an Instant. If you do, its mana cost is equal to {0}.

This spell cannot be countered or returned to hand while on the stack.

All players shuffle all nontoken cards they own on the field, in their graveyard and in their exile pile into their own deck. The game then ends with no winner.
