According to the founder, the Uppers specialize
in scouring sunken wrecks and returning the
lost property to the rightful owners. If the
rightful owner cannot be found within 30 days,
the property is sold and donations are used to
help with future recovery efforts.
Members receive 25% of the profits from the sale
of any property U.P.R.S rehomes on your behalf.
