Eminence — As long as Ur-Mowu is in the
command zone or on the battlefield, if one
or more +1/+1 counters would be put on
a Dog or Dragon you control, twice that many
+1/+1 counters are put on that creature instead.
At the beginning of your upkeep, double the
number of +1/+1 counters on target Dog or
Dragon you control.
