coins and place a Magma rock counter for each
heads on target creatures or player.
Remove Magma rock counters after two turns
and deal 2 damage to afflicted target. If a creature
or player with Magma rock counters are dealt
combat damage from Uragaan, Magma rock
counters deal 4 damage and are then removed.
