+2: Exile the top card of your library face up with 4 time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend it gains suspend. (Lands can't be cast).
-2: Urn deals X damage to target permanent where X is the number of time counters on suspended cards you own in exile.
-8: Exile all nonland permanents your opponents control face up with 5 time counters on them. If they do not have suspend they gain suspend.
