Urobolus

Deathtouch. Urobolus has the activated and keyword abilities of humans in graveyards and exile.

Whenever a player casts a spell or activates an ability, counter it unless they pay {1}for each different activated and keyword ability Urobolus has. Exile Urobolus when it dies.
