Urro Kholis power is equal to the number of
spells ciphered on him.
Manacraft -As long as you control three or more enchantments, whenever you cast a sorcery, you
may give it Cipher.
Metalcraft- If Urro Kholis leaves the battlfield, as
long as you control three or more artifacts, return
each spell ciphered on him to your graveyard.
